  • When you refer someone to Transparent Cleaning and they complete a full inside-and-out clean, you’ll receive 15% off your next clean — and they’ll get 15% off their first clean too.

    Simple, fair, and a great way to help each other out locally.

  • Any current client can refer new customers.

    Referrals must be new clients who haven’t booked with us before.

  • A referral is valid once:

    • The person you refer books a full inside-and-out clean, and

    • Their clean is completed within 31 days of your referral.

    Once completed, your 15% discount applies automatically.

  • Your referral discount unlocks and applies only after the referred client completes their clean.

    If their clean happens after your next booking, your discount will apply to your following clean instead.

  • Yes — you can earn multiple referral discounts.

    Referral discounts stack up to 30% per clean (2 Referrals).

    Loyalty discounts are applied on top of that.

  • Yes.

    Loyalty discounts (monthly, quarterly, weekly, fortnightly) apply on top of your referral discounts.

    Your free clean matches your usual service scope (e.g., 3-bed full clean).

  • Yes — refer as many neighbours, friends or family as you like.

    Each completed referral earns you another 15% discount (up to the 30% referral cap per clean).

    • Multiple referrals from the same household count toward that property.

    • Referrals must be genuine, new paying clients.

    • Transparent Cleaning may decline referrals that appear manipulated or fraudulent.

    • Referral programme does apply to commercial contracts unless specified otherwise.
